When it comes to fitness whether the goal is fat-loss, muscle hypertrophy, sports performance, or boxing I take pride in working on the details.

There are specific protocols to training for your desired adaptation. For example, the sets, repetitions, and rest intervals for those looking for sports performance will be different from someone looking to build maximal amounts of muscle.

I have been a personal trainer for 12 years and I can tell you with confidence that we are not all the same. Some trainers pass a basic test that certifies them and are content. Others like myself seek further knowledge.

We want to know the how-to’s and the why’s of every warm-up drill, exercise, repetition scheme, set, etc.

If you like to train with purpose and intent then we would be a great fit. If you are the type that likes “different exercises all the time because it keeps it fresh” then we would probably not be a good fit.
